Tromsø-based Industrikulde AS is taking a big step forward and going national with the acquisition of PAM Refrigeration AS in Halden. After many years of cooperation between the companies, they have now become one entity.

– We have had a close collaboration with PAM for many years, and now we have taken the step further by becoming owners, says Industrikulde CEO Torje Berger-Hanssen.

The acquisition marks a new direction for Industrikulde, which will now become a total supplier of industrial and maritime refrigeration systems in both the north and the south. PAM Refrigeration has over 35 years of experience and is known for tailoring solutions adapted to demanding conditions and needs.

– This is a milestone for us, and we look forward to seeing what the next step will be. The companies complement each other perfectly, and we are happy to take this step together, says Berger-Hanssen.

With this, Industrikulde strengthens its position in the refrigeration industry and opens the door for further growth on a national level.
